What the grades mean
Every finding carries a grade, or says plainly that it has no results yet. If it doesn't, that's a bug — the build refuses it.
AMeta-analysis or large trial
the strongest evidence there is — many people, hard outcomes
BSmall trial
a real experiment, but few people or a short time — both stated in the text
CObservational
shows a link between two things, not proof one causes the other
DPreclinical
animals, cells, or lab-grown tissue — promising is not proven in people
No results yet
A study that is starting, a grant that was funded, an announcement, or a talk. It's news about work beginning — not evidence of anything yet. We track these because today's registration is next year's result.
And one flag on everything
peer-reviewed / not peer-reviewed
Peer-reviewed means other scientists checked the work before it was published. Preprints, trial registrations, grants, and videos haven't had that check — which doesn't make them wrong, just unverified.
